1.灯箱水道高温报警。

处理办法:拆开水道连接橡胶管,用低压气和酒精对水道进行吹扫,和清洗。

2.夹爪故障

处理办法:调节滑台高度,或者夹爪位置。

3.动作卡死。

处理办法:重启机器。

4.无法手动原点

处理办法:查看移位一夹爪,移位二夹爪和变节距定位板,是否卡到相应的位置,若无,手动使他们卡到相应的位置,然后原点。

5.动作不到位

处理办法:查看是否有东西卡到。调节气体流量阀。

6.排气声音过响

处理办法:查看高压排气消声器是否破损或者脱落。

7.胚道下胚不均匀

处理办法:调节胚斗位置。
